Larger deliveries are scheduled for a mutually convenient time, to allow our clients to make room for the equipment and its installation.
If you do not receive your goods within the time specified when you placed your order, then you need to contact the MEDevice customer service team and we will chase your delivery.
Who can get Free UK Shipping?
If your shipping address is in mainland UK, free delivery is offered to all pressure area purchases over £150. Otherwise a delivery charge will be placed on the order.
Delivery charges may be applicable to profiling beds & moving & handling equipment and pallet deliveries. Please note: some items are subject to an installation charge.

MEDevice offer a 30-day money-back guarantee so you know you are in safe hands and have peace of mind. However, unfortunately there are some products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or if they are custom made.
